I just signed up for Matchbox Candle! What now?

You will get an email confirming your subscription, then your first box will ship the first week of the upcoming month. If you order before the 10th of the month, we will send you that month’s box.

When will I be charged for my monthly subscription?

If you buy a month-to-month subscription you will be charged on the 1st of each month after your initial order. If you buy a prepaid subscription for 3, 6 or 12 months, you will be charged upfront for that number of months. Then your subscription will renew for the same period on the first of the month after your last box arrives.

Are there extra fees?

Nope! Shipping is included with all of our boxes. The only additional cost is required sales tax for Virginia residents since we are based out of Roanoke, VA.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

At this time, we only allow subscribers within the United States.

When will my first box arrive?

All boxes ship the first week of each month. If you sign up before the 10th of the month, we will ship you that month’s box while supplies last. If not, then you will get the next month’s box!

Can I cancel?

You can cancel at anytime. However, you will not receive a refund for any months you have already paid for. So you need to cancel before your subscription recurs on the 1st of the month. If you purchase a prepaid subscription of multiple months, you can cancel during that period but you will still receive all of the boxes you originally purchased. When that prepaid period is done, your subscription will not renew.

To cancel, log into your account and click “Manage Your Subscription Here!” Next to the subscription there is a “Manage” dropdown where you can edit billing and shipping information as well as cancel your subscription completely.
